Marketing Sub-committee Meeting Minutes

Participants: Kitty Karn, Karen Peitzmeier, Erin Orwig, Sue Scott
Karen reported that we have adequate funds for printing.
Farmer’s Market:
- Kitty and Karen will have a table/tent at the Farmer’s Market this Saturday, July 10.
- Erin will print the brochures, subscription agreements and by-laws to pass out at the FM.
- Kitty will get the tent and printed material from Erin on 7/7.
- Kitty will obtain cute paperclips to assemble packets for FM on 7/7
- Any leftover brochures will be dropped off at the museum and Sue will take them to the Charmber.
- Kitty is still asking for volunteers for the Farmer’s Market
Sue will look into a listserv.
Karen will contact Justin about the pictures from May 18 meeting.
Karen will contact Mariah about developing the Thank You card to send to new Owners.
Kitty is working on an Ownership Page. She will email Sue the Owner page content and check updates. We should update new owner/share info periodically on website and FB page.
