How to Help

Besides becoming an owner, the biggest help you can give is to volunteer your time and skills on a subcommittee.  Our current subcommittees and members are listed below.  Check the calendar for upcoming meetings.

Help us Spread the Word
• Invite us to speak about the Co-op to two or more of your friends
• Invite us to speak at your club or organization
• Send us your favorite seasonal recipe
• Write a book review (having to do with Co-ops, local food production, sustainable
agriculture, nutrition/ health/wellness, cooking, organic farming/gardening, etc.)
• Contact us if you are a producer or owner and would like to be interviewed for the
newsletter.
